Hi, my name is Charla White and I'm with Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette and I've been helping Northwest Arkansas buy and sell real estate for over 25 years. I work in various areas of real estate including new construction, residential, relocation, short-sales, and real estate investments.

While growing up, real estate was a common topic of discussion at the dinner table since my mother, Patsy Simmons was and still is a top producing REALTOR® in the area. So, it was no surprise when I became a licensed agent and joined The Simmons Group in 1995.

My clients appreciate my extensive market knowledge, responsiveness and negotiating skills. I strive to demonstrate the highest level of integrity and commitment, and to bring a little fun, into every real estate transaction.

I love what I do and feel like it's more than just making a living, it's about getting to the core of what my clients want, and then helping them achieve their real estate goals. I know that I made the right choice each time I see the look on my clients face when they recognize that I have found the place that they can call Home.

When I'm not at the closing table or hosting an open house, you might find me in the middle of a DIY project or spending time with my wonderful family and friends. I also have a deep love for animals- especially the four-legged ones! I spend a good amount of time working with the Humane Society for Animals, "White Coat Waste Project" and my brokerages annual "Homes for Dogs Project".
